"Support was slow, but okay in the end"
My gut feeling is that their support could be more on top of things. They did get back to me eventually, but it took a few days, which felt a bit longer than it should have. Once they replied, it was fine, but the wait wasn’t great

"Gets the job done, but it’s a little annoying"
I was able to find what I needed, so that part was fine, but the checkout process felt more confusing than it should’ve been. Overall it works, just a bit clunky and mildly frustrating.

"Feels cheaper than it should"
I was disappointed with these. The bits felt kind of cheap from the start and wore down way faster than I expected. it doesn’t feel right to sell something as sturdy when it barely holds up with normal use.

"Kind of hit or miss for me"
I ordered a couple of micro tools, and it was a mixed bag. One of them showed up totally fine, no real complaints there, but the other one just felt... off. Like it technically worked, but not in a way that made me feel confident using it.

The shipping updates were also slow, which made the whole thing a little frustrating. For a few days I wasn’t really sure where my order was or if anything had changed. Support did get back to me eventually, so that was something, but it took longer than I expected.

Maybe I just had bad luck with this order, I don’t know. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but if I needed something fast or really dependable, I probably wouldn’t order from them again. Just not reliable enough for me

"They really know their stuff"
I had this random question about what bit size I actually needed, and I expected the usual vague sales answer, but they got back to me quickly with real technical details, which was a nice surprise. The order showed up fine too, no issues there. It’s just kind of refreshing dealing with people who actually know the tools they’re selling.

"Am I the only one who had..."
Am I the only one who had a rough time ordering from outside the US? The tools did eventually arrive and were in good shape, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was kind of left guessing the whole time. I also reached out to support and it took a while to hear back. Overall, the product was fine, but the international buying experience wasn’t great.

I tried checking out and my payment failed twice before it finally went through. There wasn’t any clear reason given, so I had no idea what was wrong or what to fix. It also felt like nobody really took ownership of the issue, which made the whole thing even more annoying than it needed to be.

"Had a good feeling about it, and it was accurate"
I ordered a small repair tool from micro-tools.com, my gut told me it looked like the right one based on the listing. Turns out, the product info was spot on. The size, tips, and photos all matched what showed up, so I didn’t have to deal with any guessing or returns. I’ve been burned by vague product pages on other sites before, but this one felt clear and trustworthy. Checkout was simple enough too. I’d use them again.

"Nice tools, but the box had a rough trip"
The tools themselves are totally fine, which is the main thing, I guess, but the packaging was kind of disappointing. The box showed up crushed, and when I opened it there were little bits just loose inside, which made me a little nervous at first. Luckily nothing was actually broken or missing, so that was a relief, but still, for smaller tools like this I really expected them to be packed a bit more securely.

"Shipping cost seemed fair"
I think the shipping cost was actually reasonable. I can’t remember if it showed up earlier than expected or right on time, but either way there weren’t any issues and everything went smoothly...

"Okay tools, but the selection needs work"
I’ve bought a few things from Micro-Tools and some of the tools are genuinely useful, but the overall selection feels kind of hit or miss. I was able to find a couple items I needed, then ran into missing common sizes and basic tools I expected them to carry. I ended up reaching out about it because it was frustrating having to shop elsewhere for such standard stuff. It’s not a bad site, but I really hope they take the feedback seriously and expand the options in certain categories.

"Shipping could be a bit faster"
My order showed up later than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge problem, and the packaging was totally fine, but based on this experience I’d say their shipping might be a little hit or miss if you’re hoping for something quick.

"Everything showed up just how I ordered it"
I got my order from micro-tools.com and it was exactly what I’d picked out. Nothing was missing, the sizes were correct, and everything was packed well. With small tools, it’s easy for one little mix-up to throw off a whole project, so it was a relief to open the package and see it all there. It made me feel like the order was handled with care. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Warranty process was surprisingly smooth"
I had a minor problem with one of my tools, so I reached out to micro-tools.com about the warranty. They replied quickly and handled everything without making it complicated. The replacement arrived with no issues. the support was better than I expected, and I’d feel good buying from them again.

"Return was fine, just slower than I hoped"
I ordered a few small tools and one of them wasn’t really what I needed, so I ended up sending it back. The return itself went through okay, and at first I thought it was easy, but then the refund took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. It wasn’t a bad experience, actually it was mostly fine, just a little slower and less smooth than I’d like. 3 stars

"Backorder was handled really well"
One of my items ended up being on backorder, but honestly... they handled it really well. They kept me updated the whole time and shipped it out as soon as it came back in. No hassle at all, so I’m happy with how it went...

"I ordered a few small tools from..."
I ordered a few small tools from Micro-Tools, and I was happy with the whole experience. The prices were better than most of the other places I looked, and the shipping felt fair too. I really appreciate when a company doesn’t lure you in with a low price and then hit you with a bunch of extra costs at checkout. The tools seem solid for what I paid, and it feels good buying from a place that keeps things straightforward. I’d order from them again
